We clean while it is raining lightly. But if there is a storm or the weather is not safe, we prefer to reschedule as it could lead to a safety hazard and compromise the job as well.

Yes, we do clean fly screens and security screens as well. But do let us know beforehand if you want to get security screens cleaned as it requires a different method of cleaning as these are usually fixed to the window frame (for obvious reasons).

Most of the windows can be accessed from the inside of the building. And in case if our cleaners can’t access the windows then our cleaners use ladders, poles, and we have high water-fed poles that can reach high windows (up to 4 storeys) and clean them nicely.
